Rick did get to do a few fun things while he was looking for a rental and starting work. He got to go to a baseball game, the beach, spend time with his cousins, and even go to a concert.
When the reunion was all over, the kids and I headed straight for California. Driving to our new house I had never seen. All I can say is that my children are exceptional. They travel so well that being out numbered 3 to 1 really wasn’t that bad. Plus we got to stop and see some friends the Shawver’s along the way that made the trip just that much better.
