Lets go fly a kite

Rick took the kids to fly kites. I stayed home and took a nap with Trevor.

Katie’s school happenings

Katie’s school is celebrating spring by hitting the road. The started out with a field trip to Pizza Hut. The kids got to tour the kitchen and eat lots of pizza.

Next the class had their Easter egg hunt. It was a week before Easter because of spring break. It was raining the day of the hunt so it was held in the basement. The kids had a so much fun hunting for those eggs. Miss Amber is always so sweet to Brady. She takes him at all the activites. He gets hugs and put in with the rest of the kids. This woman has been so sweet to all my children.

On April Fools I went to pick Katie up from school. Miss Amber handed me a permission slip and said she needed it signed for their field trip. Without hesitating I signed the paper. I then looked at the top to see where they were going. Yep I signed a permission slip for Katie to go to outer space. It was pretty good.

Trevor 10 months and walking

Trevor started walking on March 1st at 9.75 months. A month later he is cruising around the house and loves chasing after Katie and Brady. He has such a big smile and blue eyes.

Katie went to sing in Grandpa’s Harrogate class. The loved her of course but Brady wasn’t about to be out shined. He is such a ham. Unfortunately during the song his overalls fell down exposing himself to the whole class. It was hilarious.

Katie planned a picnic when the weather finally warmed up enough to play outside. She does this frequently. She gets a snack and activity ready and then gathers me and her brothers together and we sit and have a great time. She would make a great party planner.
