It's a Girl!!

She is touching her nose to her knees and during the ultrasound she would play with her toes above her head with her extremely long fingers. The doctor went head to toe and said that everything looks good and healthy. Can't wait to get her here!

Fun day in the sun

Sorry I haven't blogged in a while I just haven't had time. So here goes. First these are pictures from a couple of weeks ago. On Sat May 10Th Rick had to work and I wasn't feeling well so I went to my parents house for the day. The activity in progress upon arrival was the removal of dead limbs from their crooked willow in the front yard. This is the tree about half way through.
My dad was looking really good manning the machine and making someone else do all the trimming. I was surprised at how much they chopped off. Check out all the stuff on the ground.

I was just having a good time sitting out gawking in the sun. Finally we got some warm weather.

The only flower we have blooming is one we didn't even plant. The lone tulip to survive the winter and our weeding. I think it is really pretty though and wanted to share with you all even though I can't really take credit.

I am enjoying our new house. It is so much nicer than our apartment. We actually get to plant flowers and a garden. Plus, we have tons of storage. I am very grateful for the washer and dryer. We use to spend over $40 a month just in laundry and now I even have the option of hanging it on the clothes line to save money.

I think Rick likes having a shop where he can work on his projects. His latest development has been a temporary paint booth to work on the hood of his truck. We both wore masks during the actual painting. It was a good thing too because Rick ended up with his mask, knees, and hands covered in paint.

Our baby poll closed at 50/50. Pretty much everyone that voted has the same feelings as we do, we have no clue what we are having!!!!!

Hopefully tomorrow at the ultrasound we will be able to see but you never know. Have a great day!!

Rick fixed our fence on sunday. The wind had actually ripped the latace off of the posts. He was able to fix it. After he went to pick up his drill to put it away only to find a snake. I stayed on the porch while he moved the snake. Since Rick's dad and brother Steve spent the weekend at our house we had to have some fun. The Jones boys played some bball and in the battle of brothers Rick ended up with his eye looking like this.

Saturday I traveled to Cedar City. I was able to help my little sis move out of her apartment. I also attended my sister-in-law Sarah's graduation. It was good. Afterwards Rick's dad traveled home with me.

Well it has been a long weekend! Let's start with copper. He was the neighbors fun loving dog that loved to play at our house. Rick bought dogie treats for him and everything. Wednesday he was hit by a car and died. It was so sad. On Thursday we attended my great uncle's funeral. Two deaths in one week. Not a highlight of the month. Crazy story about my uncle. His mom carried him for 10 months instead of the usual 9. Plus her water broke when he was 9 months along so when he she finally gave birth it was a dry vaginal deliver. I can't believe she survived back then. On top of that he was 14 lbs 2 oz. He was huge!!! His dad named him after jack Dempsey the boxing champ at the time. Also he thought he looked like a st Bernard. Hence his name Dempsey Bernard Engle. It was a good funeral. Rick then left for live fire out at dugway for drill.
