28 for 28

For my 28th birthday I am writing 28 thank you notes. The last 4 can be found here. I figured that if I put them on the blog they will be printed and they can read them when they are old enough.

Katie:

Hey Babe, Thank you for being a beautiful girl. You stretch my imagination each day. You are an example to me of branching outside my comfort zone and being more. Thank you for the hug and kiss you give me each night before bed. Thank you for being kind to your brothers and helping me if I don’t feel well. I couldn’t have asked for a better daughter! I love you. Thank you. Mommy.

 

Brady:

Hey Dude, thank you for making me feel loved. You can’t wait for me to kiss you each day and give me a big hug. You tell me that I’m beautiful and pretty and that you love me so freely. Thank you for that. Thank you for being kind to your siblings and wanting me to kiss your boo-boo’s. You make my life happier! I love you. Thank you. Mommy

 

Trevor:

Hey Little Man, you are amazing. Thank you for smiling at me each day. For crawling at mach speed to me when ever I walk in the room. Your giggles brighten my day. The way you pat my cheek makes me smile. When you wrap your little hand around my neck to squeeze me my heart melts. Thank you for being such a great baby. I love you! Mommy

Thank you for everything! Thank you for being part of my life. For loving me no matter what crazy thing I’m stressing about. For telling me I’m beautiful even when I don’t see it. For putting up with my crazy hormonal self while pregnant and teaching me how to be my better self, even when I disagree with you. You are amazing. I love you so much words can not express. Ode to TN

3/4th

Guess who’s 9 months!! Crazy huh. Trevor is starting to cruise along the furniture and even try to balance. He hates sleeping without mommy and daddy. He is happy in the mornings. Brady isn’t too happy to share all the toys but he likes that there is someone he can pick on when Katie is picking on him. Katie is all about picking Trevor up. This results in many bumps and bruises for both of them.
Trevor loves to eat anything. He is getting pretty good at small pieces of food.
He now has 4 teeth and weighs 18lbs. (Katie was only 17lbs at 1 year)

Football

We had a great time hosting an intimate super bowl party this year. I ate way too much and Rick had to hold the antenna rod most of the game. It was still fun though.
