Blessing Trevor

We blessed Trevor on Sept 23rd 2012. It was Katie's 4th birthday. I was actually surprised that we made it to church early. We are never on time so the fact that we were early on a day that everyone had to be looking their best was crazy.  My mom made a dapper suit for my little one. I was able to use the same bow-tie that Brady wore. She is so amazing and talented. Thanks mom for making him look so handsome.

Rick blessed Trevor that he would grow in strength, wisdom, and health. That he would  know that his family loves him and will help him no matter what. He also said during the blessing that a lot was expected of him. He is expected to give service. He should use his talents to help those around him. Rick continued that Trevor is expected to chose a mate and marry in the temple. Finally he is expected to serve an honorable mission. Rick blessed him with all other things that heavenly father has in store for him and closed.

It meant so much to have Steve, Stephanie, and Rick's dad be able to come. They are always so supportive of my little family. I was also on the verge of tears knowing that so many of our friends had driven so far to share this day with us. It was amazing.
